“Dance Moms,” the hit TV show featured on Lifetime, was on hand at the Energy National Dance Competition in Chicago on Saturday, where Impact Dance Studio of La Grange won numerous awards.
The competition gave two $1,000 cash prizes to the two highest overall dancing scores, of which Impact won both. The two dances were “Hollywood,” choreographed by Diane Fotino in the junior category, and “Little Lovin,” choreographed by Logan Lipton.
After the competition, Abbey Lee Miller, star of “Dance Moms,” came over and congratulated the dancers of Impact Dance Studio.
